Questions
Before you join.
Which stores does DropWatch watch?
JB Hi-Fi, Big W, Kmart, EB Games, Target, Pokémon Center, Toys R Us and Amazon Australia each have their own channel. More than 100 independent TCG shops share #aio-indie, and retailers such as Myer, Officeworks, Harvey Norman, Mr Toys, Toymate, Toyworld and Premium Bandai share #other-retail.
Where do alerts go?
To Discord. Each alert posts to its set or game channel and to the store's channel, so you can follow whichever suits you.
Does every alert include a quick-buy link?
No. Where a store supports a reliable direct route to cart, the alert includes a quick-buy link. Everywhere else you get the exact product page, so you're one tap from it.
How fast are the alerts?
Cadence is tuned per retailer, and each alert posts the moment that store's answer lands instead of waiting for a full sweep. We don't advertise one universal latency number, because retailer systems don't expose changes at one universal speed.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Signal is A$20 a month and you can cancel anytime from the billing portal. Access stays until the end of the period you've paid for.
